    1. Duties

    You will be responsible for performing various duties as and when required, including (but not limited to):

    • Develop a business sales strategy and plan that matches the business aims / goals over the next short, medium and long-term road map.
    • Obtain new name customers aligned with our many service offerings, with a natural progression to an account manager, building on business relationships, selling more products into less clients, and feel like you are running your own business, with you in the driving seat for your earning potential and how you want to develop within the role.
    • Manage on-going sales activity through the use of effective pipeline forecasting, organisational mapping, contracts, proposals and legal management.
    • Become an integral part of the BID Review process, for new sales activity and high-profile tenders, working with key business stakeholders to drive the best possible solution for the oncoming client whilst upholding and ensuring business continuity is maintained.
    • Consult with our pre-sales team to design, develop and pitch technical solutions for customer opportunities.
    • Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
    • Working with the Marketing department to follow leads and opportunities to generate sales.
    • Networking with companies in the industry to showcase our services.
    • Quoting your customer base and maintaining a high level of account management at all times.
    • Achieving team KPIs, call targets and revenue targets.

     

    1. Skills and Experience

    We are looking for an individual who thrives off of gaining new customers and actively winning new business, a self-starter who is interested in technology and looking to gain a long career in sales.

    You should, to be considered for this role:

    • Have a knowledge of the IT services industry
    • Ideally have a track record of selling Microsoft Licensing, CSP and SPLA modules
    • Experience of selling connectivity, IT services and Cloud infrastructures, or at the very minimum a detailed understanding of these services
    • Worked to and exceeded strategy targets that were set to you
    • Be prepared to travel
    • Be a self-starter with a pro-active approach to opportunities
    • Credible track record in IT sales is an advantage
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from leads / plan to closed won opportunities

    Do you like solving problems? Helping our customers to resolve their issues is the core of our support business, and we are looking for a dynamic field engineer to visit our customers and help them solve their IT issues.

    Sometimes, an issue just requires some physical on-site presence to help our technical teams further diagnose / resolve the issues for our customers. You’ll always liaise with our technical engineers to solve customer issues as diligently as possible, so you will always have the backup of our wider technical team if you need help with an issue.

    You should be motivated to learn and understand new technologies and to advance your knowledge and understanding of how to resolve common issues.

    You’ll be assigned a vehicle as part of the role as you’ll need to travel to customers across the UK, therefore a full driving license is essential.

     

    1. Duties

    You will be responsible for performing various duties as and when required, including (but not limited to):

    • Responding to customer incidents as directed by the technical service desk, to provide on-site response and support for customer issues
    • Be on-call for major level incidents that require on-site support (London only)
    • Visit customer premises to undertake routine testing and maintenance, as directed by our service desk
    • Visit customer premises to install new hardware / software, such as a new access points or workstations
    • Perform install, move and changes projects if required by our projects team
    • Perform asset management audits / delivery for assets under our management on customer premises
    • Responding to incidents within set customer SLAs
    • Installing and changing customer LAN infrastructure / Cat 5 / 6 / 7 data ports

     

    1. Skills and Experience

    We are looking for an individual who thrives on customer satisfaction and is looking to advance their knowledge of IT systems and solutions. You should also be competent with multi-site visits and handling a range of tools that are required to complete the range of tasks.

    You should, to be considered for this role:

    • Have a full, clean driving license
    • Be adaptable to respond and work at short notice if required
