    The Role

    As a Sales Leader, you’ll be responsible for developing and ensuring the Sales Team performance is in line with the business objectives and plans. We believe there is a significant opportunity to scale our services to new customers and have an aggressive plan to deliver on this target. You should have prior knowledge and experience of building successful sales teams within the IT sector and have a passion for gaining and developing new accounts. We actively engage with our customers, identify ways to ensure IT is effective for their business, our aim is to promote and gain new customers that can benefit from our services.

    Our plan is to focus on developing new business opportunities with new name customers, after a successful period of developing new business, these accounts are then managed by the same personnel. Eventually, any ‘Sales Executives’ will work as solely ‘Account Managers’, have the time to learn and understand their clients and build continued repour with the customer, enabling opportunities to up-sell additional services to the customer.

    You’ll be a very focused and determined individual, with a track record of delivering and exceeding on targets and expectations.
