You’ll be responsible for growing your own customer base, building long-term relationships with clients and becoming a key asset to their business.

Within your first year, you can expect to earn £35,000 OTE, rising to over £60,000 within two years.

Sales Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be growing and supporting your key customer accounts and helping implement their IT strategies.
Sales Team Leader

Using your skills, you’ll become a leader, educating and inspiring your team, which has significant personal rewards for success.
Sales Manager

You’ll have a major responsibility for the Sales Operations of the business, and become part of the Senior Management Team.

5. Welcome to SIS
We’ll let you know within a week of your face-to-face interview if you have been successful, and then it’s straight into a start date!
3. Assessment Day
We run an assessment day where we ask you to show us your people and personal skills, and learn a little more about us and the role.
6. Train and Develop
We work with you to develop a bespoke training plan, ensuring you have a clear and defined journey, with personal milestones included.
