Hopwells Case Study

Hopwells is a frozen food wholesaler servicing all spheres of the food service market, with depots in 6 locations throughout the UK.

 Problem:

Hopwells was utilising an outdated BT email service and staff were experiencing poor management and customer service. We proposed Office 365 as an email solution to enhance collaboration across the business and allow for easier management of users/emails/starters & leavers.

Solution:

Stephens IT devised a project plan to implement a full Office 365 solution supplying a Business Premium license to all Hopwells staff to enable use of the full suite of Office applications without having to continuously renew them. A SharePoint was also created to provide a better method of file sharing and allow the business to integrate and collaborate on a far greater level across their 6 service depots.
