Implementation of Microsoft 365 solution to enhance email services and also introduce new and better ways of collaboration.
Hopwells is a frozen food wholesaler servicing all spheres of the food service market, with depots in 6 locations throughout the UK.
- Hopwells was in need of a new email solution having previously used an outdated BT email service. Staff were experiencing poor management and customer service.
- We devised a project plan to implement a full Office 365 solution supplying a Business Premium license to all Hopwells staff to enable use of the full suite of Office applications without having to continuously renew them. A SharePoint was also created to provide a better method of file sharing and allow the business to integrate and collaborate on a far greater level across their 6 service depots.
