Founded in 1688, Lloyd’s has since been a pioneer in insurance and has grown over 330 years to become the world’s leading market for specialist insurance.

Lloyd’s of London need to relocate 250 users within the same building allowing other contractors to carry out refurbishment works.

Working with the internal Lloyds team, we carefully audited the proposed move plan and highlighted any potential issues following the audit, discussing how to resolve them with the Lloyds team.

We then went through the final relocation floor plans to work out the most efficient way of relocating the relevant users.

We also completed a server move as part of the service, completing all steps to ensure minimal downtime and damage to business critical equipment.

Members of the Lloyds IT team were present during the end of the recommissioning to test all workstations.

We then attended a post move meeting on the Monday morning along with the Lloyd’s of London Facilities and IT teams to discuss logistics and technical details of the new setup and hand over.
